just as i was returning home from the 'HAVMOUR' parlour , i saw scores of people sleeping on the pavement. though i found them sleeping peacefully , i am totally aware of the difficulty they go through in earning a meal for themselves and their childrens and the widening gap between the sections of the society . i know i think , My friends at workplace and on net , they also think and feel for the poor people of the country but how many of us are really able to do something for them at the young age . i am grateful for the 'Rahuls' of the country who can bring the name of kalavati's of these country in the parliament house after spending a day and feeling the pain of the house . People will say what did he do for the particular family but what really will happen even if he help one such family , the goal is much bigger and broader and i want to appreciate him for his gesture . how many of the indian politicians have really remembered a name of the common citizen once in the confines of the parliament , it requires genuine concerns and this is reflected in his eyes and voice. Mind u i am no congress supporter ,infact i have never voted for the congress party but yes i would like to see and appreciate more of the ilk of Rahul in the times to come.
p.s- poor people sleep more peacefully!! though it appears a paradox.
widening gap in the society-......more crimes in the society , a natural fallout and the price to pay for ignoring the plight of the poor and not trying hard to bring them up.
kalavati's of the country- how many more farmers will meet the same fate and how many Rahuls could actually visit thier kiths and kins.
