The Horrible Horrible rituals which still exists in india and the cost that humanity has to pay for these rituals. This painting was made in 2007 but the recent incident of few days ago made me post this painting here. The problem with my paintings is that u can not display in ur drawing rooms as they are horrible, they disturb the person who looks at them -atleast that is what my mom says and she is correct. My paintings are based on my psyche which is often disturbed due to the happenings around me and when i cant take it anymore it finds way in the form of painting. But isn't it ironic that people, most people will find it difficult to keep my paintings in the drawing rooms , they are more than at peace with themselves with the horrible things happening around , the recent example being of sons killing their  mother in the most brutal way to exorcise the ghost and then attempting to kill many more relatives . All the childrens were well educated and employed. and this is not such isolated incident where the humans are sacrificed in the name of some weird ritual and the most worrisome thing is that more and more educated people are falling prey to these horrible rituals .............
