suddenly there was a ruckus outside my consulting room . i was busy in consulting  my patient when the phone 'rang' . it was the receptionist who informed me that there was an emergency , a case of trauma and the person has been shifted to operation theatre as there was heavy bleeding which was not getting controlled and so i was required to attend immediately . i inquired whether all the preprations for surgery were done and they said everything ready ,come urgently. Unfortunately , the signboard outside the lift read 'out of order' so i ran up the stairs , three floors and banged into the operation theatre , huffing and  all 'panting' to see that there was no one inside. i came down, to get myself a rousing welcome from everybody , the administrator, the ot guys, servants , receptionist and other doctors for becoming a fool on the second day of the april. I know, now the whole day they will be laughing at my expense.   but actually , i love them all, so it's okay.
